Work Your Core
I have a great way for you to energize and revitalize and work your core…
In this video I share a secret way to get in the mood to exercise even before you start. It’s really not much of a secret since I talk about it all the time here on my website. But watch the video and you’ll see what I mean.
Follow the easy instructions I give you, but remember to start where you can. When you first begin to work your core, you may find you can’t reach as far or last as long. That’s OK. The important thing is to get moving. And I recommend you ask your doctor if you’re fit enough to begin. Always proceed with caution and care. You’re the only you you’re ever gonna get.
I love the Total Gym because it allows you to stretch and strengthen your muscles at the same time…while giving you total support for your back. And the gliding motion is so much easier on the muscles. This is even more important as your body ages. Older joints need a little more TLC. And with the Total Gym, they get it.
