Awesome huh?! I’m not kidding, it tastes great, and it’s so nourishing for your skin. I call it the skin hydration smoothie because in addition to coconut water, the fruits and veggies are water content real foods. Your skin will drink ’em up.
Now, here’s the list of ingredients and some of their healthy benefits:
2 cups Coconut water…contain electrolytes for positive nutrition
Large handful of spinach and parsley…rich in phytonutrients and minerals
2 medium pears…Vitamins C & K and potassium, fiber, and water
1 medium cucumber…silica and other minerals good for complexion
1 banana…great brain food, seratonin & norepinephrine to prevent depression
1 tablespoon coconut oil…good fat for much needed energy
I really encourage you to try this skin hydration smoothie…especially as the drier winter winds are approaching. We need all the protection we can get from the elements, and this smoothie is not only good FOR you, it tastes great.
