Real Foods Diet
If you think you just have to be on a “diet”, make it easy on yourself and stay on a real foods diet.
Real foods are foods found in nature and eaten close to the way they were grown on the farm or in the ocean. Here’s the cool part…the nutrients your body needs are found in delicious foods…and if you simply watch your portions and get the most nutrient dense food you can afford, your body will respond in awesome ways.
A real foods diet consists of a good balance of…
- Fruits and vegetables
- Plenty of fiber and protein
- Healthy fats
If you find yourself in a world of confusion when it comes to grocery shopping, I can help you out. In fact, if you’re local to the Denver, Colorado metro area, you can even go on a guided grocery store tour with me. I call it my “Real Foods Mixer“. In the tour I meet you at a local grocery store, show you how to read labels, nudge you toward the things you need (and away from the things you don’t need), and show you how eating healthy is affordable and necessary.
Then…we top off the tour with a delicious real foods smoothie that I show you how to make. It’s quick and easy and sooooo yummy. You’ll love it.
My next Real Foods Mixer class is quickly filling up. (I only take about 4 or 5 at a time) It’s this Sunday, September 29th, at 1:00-3:00 p.m. We spend about an hour in the store, then a quick trip to my house to blend a real foods smoothie.
Oh yeah, I almost forgot to mention…I hand out some cool flash cards to help you remember what you learn. They’re yours to keep. So, if you’re ready to invest 2 hours and only $40 in your health, sign up. If you’re not able to get in on this upcoming class, you can be one of the first in the next one.
