Healthy Skin Tips
I’m gonna share some healthy skin tips with you, and I think you’re gonna love this because they include something yummy.
I know there are lots of skin products out there for men, women, and children. I’ve certainly tried my share of ’em. And some actually do some nice things. But the best thing to concentrate on when it comes to your skin is what goes inside you…not what you apply to the outside.
But that’s where the yummy part comes in. For example…do you like blueberries? How about grapes? Or pomegranate juice? Have you ever enjoyed a salad with romaine lettuce, carrots, and tomatoes? Now, doesn’t all this sound much more delectable than the ingredients in most skin care products?
OK…I’ll share a couple of big words with you. Phytonutrients. They contain antioxidants (there’s the other big word), vitamins & minerals and you’ll find them in rich colored fruits and veggies. And the best part is…antioxidants help repair cell damage. They’re positive charged substances that can offset the effects of free radicals and help protect us from environmental toxins. They contain Vitamin E, Selenium, Manganese, Vitamin C, Beta-carotene, Zinc. That sure sounds better than petrochemicals and synthetic polymers found in a lot of skin care products.
So…the first one of my healthy skin tips is to eat plenty of food high in phytonutrients and antioxidants. The next tip is yummy, too…
If you need or would like an extra boost of phytonutrients and antioxidants, you should try Ningxia Red from Young Living Essential Oils. My husband and I love it. It’s power-packed with Ningxia wolfberry, blueberries, cherries, and lots more. It tastes so much better than most of those “energy drinks”, and it’s better for you. Here’s a hint: don’t pay full price for it. Use my links and get 24% off.
The last one of the healthy skin tips I’d like to share with you today is an easy one, and it’s basically free. Just remember to oxygenate your blood with plenty of water and fresh air and sunshine. Get out there and…
Here’s to real foods,
