Drink Up And Fight Aging
What if I told you that some lettuce, spinach, celery, an apple, a pear, a banana, some lemon, cilantro, and parsley could help you fight aging? Wouldn’t you want to know more?
If green isn’t your color…you should think about changing your mind. Green is an awesome color when it comes to your health. And if you regularly add lots of green foods to your daily diet, you can renew your skin, energize and revitalize your life, and as I said…even fight aging.
No one gets through this life without aging. So, don’t think for a moment you’re ever gonna win the battle with “Father Time”. But that doesn’t mean you can’t do a lot to slow down the aging process…a lot. I always recommend eating real foods. It’s the absolute best way to achieve and maintain optimum health. Chewing is the best way to pulverize food and make it ready to digest.
Of course, I know everyone’s busy these days. So, it isn’t always easy or convenient to get a bunch of vegetables, slice and dice ’em, and make salads and other dishes for you and your family. Sometimes you just need to get some nourishment and keep going strong. I can relate. Well, as you’ve seen me do on many occasions, you can whip up an amazing nutritious smoothie in hardly any time at all. And when you blend the right combination of fruits and vegetables together, you can get all the benefits I mentioned before in a delicious drink you can even take with you as you breeze out the door to that next thing on your list.
The main thing is…don’t let time limits determine how healthy or unhealthy you’ll be. Take control of your health. Self-care is key in this fast-paced world of ours. No one will ever know you and your body as well as you do. And please remember…all those things on your daily to-do list definitely can’t get done if you’re sick.
