If I told you about this 24 hour health store and convinced you it’s real, do you think you’d at least give it a look-over? After all, what would you have to lose? Right?

Well, it does exist, and you can get the V.I.P. treatment if you’re truly interested. In fact, you’d be the guest of honor…so to speak. It’s like this…when you know how real foods, exercise, fresh air, and water work together for your optimum benefit, you’ll get the keys to the health store in your very own body.

You’re an amazing design of body, soul, and spirit. Your body can take fruits and vegetables and turn them into tissue and energy. Have you ever stopped to think about that? I think it’s incredible! When you look beneath the skin, there’s a supercomputer at work that makes all the supercomputers of the world, put together, look like a set of Tinker Toys. And smack dab in the middle of all those organs, nerves, and blood vessels is your very own 24 hour health store.

That’s one of the things I talk about in my 4 week Prime Time Health classes. In the first class I show and tell you about your body’s “Internal Pharmacy”. It’s an eye-opening and fun class where you even get to eat popcorn…heart-healthy popcorn that is.
